Overview
MADE Retail Systems provide a total solution to your custom Metal Work needs. We have experience in prototype or roll out of retail shopfitting & furniture items. We are able to offer numerous high quality metal finishes.
Processes
We work with Mild Steel and Stainless Steel tube and sheet metal to create retail displays to suit your specification. Our experienced tradespeople are all highly qualified. We employ strict quality control measures to ensure all items are produced to the highest standard.
Design and Value Engineering
With over 12 qualified metal fabrication tradesmen, 3 qualified industrial designers and an engineer on staff, we are able to interpret design drawings and turn it into reality. In the process we can improve the design, add value engineering and make it viable. This is what sets us apart from other custom metal fabricators and sheet metal experts.
Shopfitting
We have extensive experience in the manufacture and design of retail fixtures & shopfittings for shops that include wall systems and accessories, racks, brackets and display tables. Over the years we have worked with all the major retailers & shopfitters throughout Australia. Our strength is interpreting a designer or architect’s concept and making it into a reality.
Commercial and Hospitality Industries
Our expertise allows us to work with parallel industries such as furniture, signage, commercial and fitness. We have produced items such as high quality table and couch frames and bases, chairs, shelving units, cabin baggage test units and fitness equipment.
Metal Finishing
We are able to finish our custom metal products in a variety of high quality finishes such as polished chrome, satin chrome, powder coating, galvanising, brass plating and satin & mirror polished stainless steel. Working with our selected sub-contractor metal finishers we are able to offer high quality workmanship.
Offshore Procurement
Using our overseas counterparts we are able to be competitive when it comes to bulk orders and large product runs. We ensure the work is of high quality and timely and can coordinate the entire process right through to roll out stage.
