Environmentally Sustainable Mannequins
Crafted from recycled materials, MADE is proud to offer Window France‘s environmentally conscious options when it comes to manufacturing mannequins.
To highlight the capabilities, we have selected from two of Window Frances’ most popular collections, Pure 33 and Pure 36. Our selected mannequins have been moulded using polyester fibre, produced from recycled clothing
material and plastic bottles, bound together with a plant-based bio resin.
With our focus to highlight the manufacturing process and materials used, we chose to leave the finish raw with a clear coating for protection. Options for ECO friendly paints are also available if you require finishes such as Matt White.
For complete peace of mind all plastics can be removed from the packaging process and replaced with paper substitutes along with paper tapes for carton seals. Ensuring the delivered product is a true ode to sustainability within retail
Swinburne Window Install
Each year students studying the Diploma of Visual Merchandising at Swinburne develop a window concept from a brief supplied by MADE. The selected concept is then installed in the windows of our Richmond showroom.
This year our brief was to develop windows showcasing the materials used in the manufacturing of our environmentally conscious mannequins.
The chosen concept features a backdrop constructed with the use of recycled carboard tubing from Recycled Art Truck with chains of recycled clothing flowing to the ceiling.
All props can be returned to Recycled Art Truck to be used again. This raw approach truly speaks to the materials our mannequins are made from.
